In the previous article you've learn how you can edit an existing reservation. In this article we will show you can cancel a reservation.

Step 1 Go to menu bar, click Bookings. 

You will see a list of bookings that have been made in your locations. 

Step 2 Choose a booking you want to edit and click a Booking Ref that is next to that booking.

You will see details of the booking. In our example, it looks like this:


 Step 3 Click Manage and choose Cancel Booking


Once you click Cancel Booking, you will see a window where you can add comments for internal use and where you can confirm that you want to cancel a booking.


Step 4 Click
