In the previous article you've learn how you can edit an existing reservation. In this article we will show you how to cancel a reservation.

Step 1 Go to the Menu bar, click Bookings. 

You will see a list of bookings which have been made for your locations. 

Step 2 Choose a booking you want to edit and click on a Booking Ref which is next to the booking.

You will see the details of the booking. In our example, it looks like this:


 Step 3 Click Manage and choose Cancel Booking


Once you click Cancel Booking, you will see a window where you can add comments for internal use and where you can confirm that you want to cancel a booking.


Step 4 Click
