In the previous article you've learnt how you can edit and cancel a reservation. In this article we will show you how you can refund a customer whose reservation has been cancelled.

Step 1 Go to the Menu bar, click Bookings. 

You will see a list of bookings which have been made for your locations. 

Step 2 Choose a booking for which you want to refund a customer and click on a Booking Ref which is next to the booking.

You will see the details of the booking. In our example, it looks like this:


 Step 3 Click Manage and choose Perform Refund


Once you click on Perform Refund, you will see a window where you choose the Payment method. Define a refund amount and fill in the other fields.
