In the previous article you've learnt how you can confirm that a payment has been made. In this article we will explain how you can use Trustedbookings platform to remind a customer about an approaching payment deadline.




Step 1 Go to the Menu bar, click Bookings. 



You will see a list of bookings that have been made for your locations. 



Step 2 Choose a booking you want to edit and click on a Booking Ref that is next to that booking.



You will see the details of the booking. In our example, it looks like this:



Click  and choose Request Payment. 



Once you click on it you will see the following: 



Step 3 Confirm the email address and click
